All purchases are for digital products and access rights only. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. TradingView Access

A valid TradingView username must be provided during checkout. Access is normally granted within 24 hours of purchase.

Your purchase grants a personal licence to use the indicator. Sharing, reselling, distributing, copying, publishing, or providing access to third parties is strictly prohibited.

7. Updates

Where available, indicator updates may be provided at ANKH Trading's discretion. Future updates are not guaranteed.

8. Termination of Access

ANKH Trading reserves the right to revoke access without refund if licence abuse, account sharing, redistribution, or fraudulent activity is detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

ANKH Trading shall not be liable for any losses, damages, lost profits, trading losses, or other financial consequences arising from the use of any indicator or related material.
